Lifetime education products are non-refundable and non-cancellable regardless of payment type. Lifetime access to materials are granted upon membership creation.

Software Products
Software Subscriptions are able to be cancelled at any time from within the software. Please reach out to support if you need assistance cancelling your software subscription - support@sunivo.com
